  1. Improving workplace environment, including in the factory, for employees such as 5S activity, drug testing for employee screening.
  2. Developing skills, knowledge and experience with training by scholars and experts and using appropriate technologies for work plan and human resource development.
  3. Increasing efficiency in management and administration: production, procurement, delivery and after-sales service by integrated operations, PDCA (Plan-Do-Check–Act)
  4. Organizing activities and participate in community according to festival, culture and tradition. For example,
    • hosting a lunch meal for children
    • activities for the Buddhist lent day and children’s day
    • “Pun Nam Jai Klai Now” project which is the donation of clothing, rice and dried food
    • blood donation project
    • project of love from factory to community
    • Happy workplace project (Happy 8)
    • Fog spraying in the periods of high dengue transmission in factory and community area.
    • “Suan Por Pieng” project, vegetable gardening and raising chickens for eggs. Members can eat and sell at cheap prices to company employees, people at Moo 5 Baan Nong Rang, Moo 9 Baan Nong Tub Tao and Moo 12 Baan Sun Don. Some profits are spent on the operation of “Suan Por Pieng” project and we can use this experience to apply and develop further in CSR concept and guideline base on the Sufficiency Economy Philosophy, etc.
